Hi nice car how is 321 gears on the highway with ,the 3 speed
Not horrible. I get 18 mpg.
@@OldeCarrGuy I got a 904 3 speed I originally 271 gear drove good down the highway to 355 are in it now a little too much after 70 mph to 321 be a better
@@johnrosa5898 yes. Mine turns about 2700-2800 at 70 mph.
@@OldeCarrGuy thinking of a gear vendors overdrive
@@johnrosa5898 If you can swing the price, sure. I'm putting a newer 4 speed with lockup converter (45RH).
several panthers woooop woooop , can we get some likes for this guy! also, please don't get cancelled :))
lol! Cancelled for what? Hurting feelings?
@@OldeCarrGuy ding-ding-ding, probably best to speak in code from now on, you are already our hero :)

I'm saving the planet one square body at a time. I have some but I'm always looking for more.
You da man Kevin! Keep it going!
Come to think of it, there are no Teslas on your lot..
Not if I can help it! lol
Agree 100% repairable vehicles are the best way to save the planet
EVs are a joke 🤣
she definitely didn't say hocg too
Does the Big Spring in the middle have to do with the horn?
Not directly. It hold pressure against the steering shaft.
@@OldeCarrGuy when I removed my wheel, I miss placed the Spring, Do I need it? My horn is disconnected..
@@FrankGonzalez-ph2htyes! It is needed!
@@OldeCarrGuyDammmnnn, was hoping U wouldn't say that, what is its purpose... curious 🤔
Not 100% sure but I think it keeps the steering shaft from collapsing.
St Stephen always hotter than most in Canada.
Far from paradise though! 😆
@@OldeCarrGuy dude it’s chocolate town lol I’m surprised you don’t have some kind of amusement park yet. We had the WALL when we were kids . Lol
@@HighMiler😂we had the St. Stephen pool!

Oh wait , by the middle school
As I said on Grant's Channel the Panther platform is the G.O.A.T. !😎
No extra door car or TRUCK has NEVER been considered a so called collectable HOT ROD! Period 🤷
You're missing the point!
@@OldeCarrGuy If you were talking Rustang, Then ya maybe... I get the whole Cop car thing but they made several different types and there in a whole different kinda class!
I Totally Agree With You Jason 👍 Chargers, Wiring, Engine, Transmission, Major Issues.
What a great idea with a great opportunity to help the next guy make a decision!

Elbow grease
Tin foil + W.D. 40 is the winning combo.
Will definitely try that combo!
When you realize, he is using a viral video clip to click bait us into watching his atupid video. Unsubscribed.
If you’re that easily triggered, then maybe this is the wrong channel for you anyway!
And summer hadn't even begun yet...
It really sucks he’s gotta sell everything he owns to recover financially from his sickness 😢
The videos I post that I think will do good and the videos I post that actually do good are 2 totally different kinds of videos, I don't get it either lol
Nope, we live in a very sick world!
It's hotter than a chainsaw in a Moncton pawnshop...
Is it viral--It's certainly virus!!!
Hmmm. With you showing this clip will this short go viral?
Though its not the fastest its the Best Police Car ever ! 🤩🇺🇸 You forgot Rear wheel bearing failure in some Panthers .
At least they are non cvts so they can be rebuilt for not super expensive. One of my coworkers said his dad transmission believe in a 2017 failed at 70k miles. Also needed top end engine rebuild think a bit over 100k with good maintenance. They seem like to be really hit or miss from what I have seen.
Definitely hit or miss! We’ve seen a few rocker arm failures but it doesn’t warrant a complete top end rebuild normally. Just replace the bad on and move on.
As a former two decade long flat-rate mopar dealer tech. The four cylinder with a four speed is a good set up, is the Dodge Spirit of the 2000's. I own an avenger as a spare car with 22k miles. Highly recommend them.
We've never had an issue with powertrain!
FIRST IVE HEARD about it
My mother bought a brand new 89 Buick Riviera it did that same thing it drove my daddy crazy
Hawk Tuah !
LMAO! That's good!
Because they’re cheap 😅
GREAT VIDEIO MAN ...good information
Appreciate it!
Which basically means people are dumb as hell. It’s Toyota mazda Subaru or (most) Hondas, or gfym
People buy cars on looks. Historically speaking, the worst cars are the best looking cars. Hyundai and Kia are making some of the best looking, worst quality cars on the planet right now.
‘Best looking’ in terms of modern commercial vehicles ofc. There’s far nicer looking commercial vehicles from the past that also didn’t have nearly as much issues.
@@PartialProphet And laws from the past allowed for legal persecution of people of color. What's your point? And what is a "commercial" vehicle? A Transit van?
Everything is regional.
I had a 2012 Dodge Avenger, and it was the biggest piece of junk and money pit. Keep in mind it was only bought with 13,000 miles on it there we're constant mechanical issues with these, not just mine... I will say to replace the heater core and blend actuators is very costly and timely.. as well the engines nor transmissions are very good on these, it was not even originally designed as a sedan it was a sports car like a poor man's viper so too say
Sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with you. Not because I sell a pile of these things, but we do service them as well and not once have we ever had a engine or transmission failure in the 15 years we've been in business. Are they perfect? Of coarse not, they have their issues, sure, but so does every other manufacturer out there.
I am not sure what grit the SOS pad is , but my go to for chrome is double O steel wool , it does not scratch chrome . Thanks for the video !
Great tip!
The one that works the best is the one we will use to clean the rest of the bumper... Only makes sense Jason!😉
Just stating the obvious for everyone in the back!
@@OldeCarrGuy 😆😆
They're great until the door locks freeze, then not so much.
Those prices you mentioned are way lower than what I'm seeing where I live.
Price changes by region!
Been in the mid 90s here all week, plus humidity
People dont know better.
They know what they can afford!
Fun demo, Jason. From what I've seen... aluminum foil is often used with a cola of some sort. The folks who think this is the best say the more phosphoric acid in the cola the better it works. Coke, Pepsi are the common ones but to do a "real" job you would want good old RC Cola (Royal Crown Cola) or Dr Pepper. So says folk lore. ;)
Good to know.
Nice results
Thank you! Cheers!
Flitz all day
It's good stuff
I’d like to see more of this Buick I’ve always been a fan ….
If it was my personal car i certainly do more!
An outstanding tutorial! Just an honest, unsponsored lesson in making old parts look their best.
Wow, thanks Chuck!
I rented one on a trip in Florida. It was a slug compared to my Honda Odyssey.
They are great vehicles
